FOUNDATION

The first step is always understanding who you are as an athlete.

How do you know what you want, what you want to change unless you first know who you really are and what you stand for?

In this FOUNDATION step, we will identify your values, beliefs, attitudes, habits, behaviours and identify how you see the world around you.

AWARENESS

Once we identify your core beliefs and foundation, then we must become aware of the attitudes, reactions, behaviours, emotions, and limiting beliefs that are not supporting your success.

In this AWARENESS step, we uncover the unwanted unconscious blocks in your mind. We eliminate them through changing your unconscious language; the things you tell yourself and the emotions you attach to those limiting beliefs.

Then you will learn how your mind and body functions together.

Learn how your brain works and how to guide it towards your peak performance daily. This will allow you to get into your "flow" state and bring your best performances consistently.

SEE YOUR FUTURE

Now that you have identified your intrinsic self, removed the mental blocks and learned how to manage and control your mind, you are much more able to SET YOUR FUTURE for the success you want in your life.

In this step, you will learn how to program your unconscious mind. Mentally rehearsing and building new neural pathways that will allow you to make quick decisions, develop extreme confidence and raise your performance beyond what have done in the past.

You will learn how to effectively set goals into your future and learn how to consciously keep yourself aligned with your unconscious mind. You will discover the power of visualizations and be able to enhance any part of your game.

TAKE ACTION

Finally, now that you have all the tools you need to succeed and become a high performance athlete, you will be show how to TAKE ACTION.

In this process, you will learn how to develop good daily habits to keep your motivation and momentum pulling you towards your goals. You will develop strategic routines and learn how to create, manage and maintain a healthy mind.

This training shows you how to stay present and in the moment while still pushing towards your success. These little steps and habits that you will develop will become important skills that you can incorporate not only in sports, but in your life.
